MRS Singapore undertook the challenge of organising a large-scale virtual conference named “International Conference on Materials for Humanity (MH 21), 6-9 July, 2021”. The conference encompasses 6 themes and 18 symposia. The Symposia will contain invited, contributed and flash-oral/poster presentations. In addition, up to 8 plenary lectures focussing on different themes for the benefit of all the targeted 1,500+ participants are planned. It is going to be a “flipped conference” with exciting line-up of events: pre-recorded talks made available before the conference dates, live interactive discussion on conference day itself.
