Doctoral student with outstanding scientific article in Nature magazine

The scientific paper “Light Management with Quantum Nanostructured Dots-in-Host Semiconductors” of Miguel Alexandre, PhD student at DCM/CENIMAT-CEMOP under the supervision of Professor Manuel J. Mendes and co-supervision of Professor Rodrigo Martins, was highlighted in the scientific journal "Light: Science and Applications", belonging to the Nature group, by the development of a model to study the optical properties of nanostructured systems with colloidal "quantum dots".
