High-efficient wide-bandgap Perovskite Solar Cell achieved by Dra. U. Deneb Menda

We achieved more than 15% power conversion efficiency (PCE) with a wide-band gap (1.7 eV) organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite (FA 0.17 Cs 0.83 PbI 2.2 Br 0.8 ) solar cell, processed in ambient air conditions using low-cost materials for the electron (TiO 2 ) and hole (CuSCN) transport layers, which is among the state-of-the-art for this type of photovoltaic devices.
